Job Responsibilities

• Developing and executing marketing campaigns across traditional offline and digital channels
• End-to-end campaign planning, management and execution across multiple channels – email (automated and campaign), direct mail and extensive digital placements including on-site, mobile app and social
• Manage relationship with internal partner and product teams
• Project management of new capability development and back-end system enhancement
• Reporting, campaign analytics, insights and testing (offer and segmentation) across channels
• Manage relationship with internal data teams to ensure on time and accurate delivery of data for eDM and DM campaigns
• Liaise with external creative agencies to ensure quality of work and on time delivery of creative assets

Job Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in a similar marketing role
• Digital Marketing and campaign management experience
• Project management skills – proficient at time management and campaign co-ordination
• Superior multi-tasking skills with strong attention to detail and an ability to prioritize effectively
• Solution-oriented individual with superior analytical, creative and problem solving skills
• Strong communicator with experience managing multiple stakeholder relationships
• Ability to drive results and innovation in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
