Job Responsibilities
If you are highly motivated individual who has industry experience and a passion for delivering the best customer service, we want you!
- You will provide customers with product and technical sales support via face to face, phone, or processing orders that come through via email.
- You will be reporting to the Branch Manager.
- As a Front Counter Customer Service you can look into different areas such as engineering services, sales and marketing or operations.
Job Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude with bearing and power transmission knowledge is advantageous
- Ability to take the lead in delivering sales growth
- Proven Experience in customer service within an office environment
- Computer literacy at an intermediate level
