Job Responsibilities

  • Produce routine production schedules that meet operational and commercial targets
  • Monitor and adjust programs based on changes to supply and demand
  • Maintain effective relationships and liaise multiple stakeholders to ensure raw material requirements, schedule requirements, and inventory targets are met
  • Liaise with Customer Service teams and logistics providers to resolve day-today supply, transport and packaging issues as they arise
  • Support the S&OP Manager in the development and maintenance of a standardised S&OP process across Altona and Botany
  • Ensure that the business is conducted within the Company and Statutory Safety, Health and Environment requirements by demonstrating leadership with regards to SH&E

Job Requirements

  • Have demonstrated experience in a Planner position where the principles of sales and operations planning are applied. Experience in a manufacturing environment preferable
  • Possess a high attention to detail, with an aptitude for analyzing data and generating reports with well-communicated insights
  • Be comfortable working autonomously, and self-motivated to achieve consistent results through standardised processes
  • Have an open and collaborative approach to working with other stakeholders, and the ability to contribute positively to a team environment
  • Have strong learning agility, particularly with adapting to new systems and processes, in addition to keen interest in process and continuous improvement
