Since the establishment of our business in 2011, 11 locations across South Australia, including Balaklava, Murray Bridge, and Mildura, have been added (VIC). General farm supplies, chemicals, fertiliser, animals, financing, insurance, and real estate are among our options. We now have an opening for a customer-focused Sales Merchandise professional to join our Murray Bridge team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Performing general administrative tasks including stock control, ordering, receipting, and dispatching of goods
  • Assisting customers with pricing and product queries 
  • Processing counter sales 
  • Maintaining safety processes
  • Assisting with merchandise campaign material 
  • Maintaining a welcoming, friendly, and well-presented store environment
  • Loading and unloading trucks, dispatching, and unpacking orders and deliveries

Job Requirements

  • Experience working within a sales environment 
  • Effective verbal communications skills to build solid long-term customer relationships
  • A proactive approach to work and practical organisation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Problem solving skills and empathy to resolve customer issues promptly
  • Ability to identify ways to improve internal sales processes 
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • A current driver’s license is essential. A forklift license is desirable.
