Job Responsibilities
- Manage the financing that will support our growth. Whether it’s raising money from top VCs or establishing annual operating plans, you’ll be at the core of how we run the business.
- Facilitate security and compliance. Whether financial reporting standards or SOC2 and HIPAA compliance, we ensure the security and integrity of our customers and company data are second to none.
- Set growth strategies. As we grow, we need to ensure we focus on the right areas and we target the right metrics. Setting us up to succeed is critical.
Job Requirements
We’re on the look out for a Strategy & Operations Manager with experience scaling fast-growing startups
- The ideal candidate will have 2+ years experience analysing data, building financial models, and developing growth strategies.
- Blinq is a fast-paced startup environment, so a desire to work in this type of environment is a must.
