ResMed Australia is hiring a retail sales assistant.
As part of ResMed's ongoing strategy to manage and respond to the impact of COVID-19 and satisfy its Work Health & Safety obligations, the successful candidate for this position is required to provide appropriate documentary evidence to support that they have received all recommended doses of a COVID-19 vaccine. This is true unless they have a recognised medical exemption.
Job Responsibilities
- As a Retail Sales Assistant, you focus on helping people to achieve outcomes with their sleep health. Reporting into the Store Manager you will be a natural communicator with a pride and personal interest in what you do.
Job Requirement
- To succeed in this role, you will have the following capability and qualifications –
- Previous experience in a busy, multi-tasking retail role
- Ability to maintain compassion and remain calm under pressure
- A strong customer service and sales focus that is always looking for the best outcome for the individual.
- Strong and adaptable communication skills are a must
- An active listener with the ability to find solutions to customer concerns and issues
