In our Silverwater office, a committed, safety-conscious Customer Service Consultant is required on a permanent basis. In this role, which is a part of our Prescription Safety Glasses business, you will help our corporate clients and other stakeholders from a network of independent optometrists.
In an endeavour to correct, safeguard, and lessen risks to the daily visual health of the world's 7.7 billion people, our organisation develops, produces, and distributes high-quality items and services to markets across the world. Job Responsibilities
- In this role you will be responsible for responding to customer enquiries, providing technical advice and product recommendations, and ensuring that orders taken are recorded accurately.
Job Requirements
- Experience in a warehouse environment
- Experience with automated Warehouse Management System (WMS) is beneficial
- Forklift licence highly advantageous
- Sound verbal and written communication skills
- Organisational skills & high attention to detail
