Job Responsibilities

  • To engage with our retailer partners to present and recommend best product, location, space utilisation and inventory management. 
  • Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activity and share with the business to maintain our competitor advantage.
  • Capture relevant customer data to engage and foster future relationships.
  • Continually review account performance to appropriately plan to identify opportunities and inform forward planning.
  • Take accountability for planning, organising and delivering agreed objectives across your territory.
  • Resolve service repair issues to ensure best customer experience

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of retail or sales representative skills.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively work within a team and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of MSWord, Power Point and Excel.
  • Must be able to work outside of regular business hours, including nights and weekends.
