Job Responsibilities
- Full-stack troubleshooting – including network, hardware and software
- Communicate with customers on technical matters both orally and in writing
- Collaborate with other teams to test new products and identify bugs
- Diagnose and correct limitations with existing software applications
- Writing technical knowledge base articles and whitepapers
Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of network fundamentals – HTTP, TCP/IP, DHCP, Ethernet/Cabling
- Experience with Linux and Python
- Preferably with industry certifications (CCNP, CCNA, Network+, etc.)
- Passion for technology
