Job Responsibilities
- Playing a valued part in our administration team based in Bridgewater, you will be responsible for being the first point of contact for Manheim’s customers. This would include directing and answering questions that arise from customers, providing general enquiry assistance and completing all administrative tasks to assist with transactions that create profit through online and onsite auctions.
- This role is an all-rounder position that is flexible, requires willingness to learn new skills and can assist the team with other tasks if required to reach a team deadline or goal. Other key duties include:
- Maintain exceptional customer service to Manheim customers and clients
- Build a good knowledge of the site and industry in order to aid customers with enquiries
- Strongly execute all reception duties, including assisting customers and clients on auction days
- Undertake Vehicle Registration Checks and update the auction catalogue
- Consistently perform all general administration tasks that are required to a high standard
- Meet all requirements of a sale by cashiering and entering relevant paperwork for processing
- Assist the team where able to ensure that the site runs smoothly
- Produce and follow up unpaid invoices as well as raise purchase orders
Job Requirements
- Attitude is everything! We look for people with a drive and passion for what they do. But, we also look for:
