Job Responsibilities
- Managing extremely active annual calendar of meetings, travel, itineraries, and work plans, including prioritising conflicting needs and handling matters expeditiously
- Liaising with executive level professionals and others both in executive support roles and generally across the business to ensure co-ordination and scheduling of activities
- Preparing agendas and papers for regular management meetings, drafting, creating, editing, proof reading, photocopying, and binding
- Maintaining discretion and confidentiality of all information and relationships with all stakeholders and matters
- Act as the MD’s representative and, when necessary, liaise between the MD and direct reports and senior executives in the company, to ensure communication channels always remain open
- Attend senior management meetings as requested to help facilitate/take notes and contribute and thereby remain informed of activities and current issues pertaining to the MD’s area of responsibility and assist where possible

- Advanced MS Office skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and handle pressure

- Skilled at exercising tact and diplomacy when dealing with sensitive matters, confidential information, or difficult people
