Feb 2023: Marketing Coordinator Position at National Media AU
National Media is looking for a marketing coordinator to work at our Gold Coast office. The ideal candidate will be creative, assertive, and well-organized. Working with the marketing team, you will be responsible for planning and implementing all facets of marketing.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage our exhibitor and speaker assets portals
- Build relationships with exhibitors and partners and ensure that they effectively promote their presence at events
- Assist with the set up and send of marketing emails, including cleaning and uploading of data
- Assist in the creation and design of marketing materials, such as flyers, posters, and brochures
- Oversee social media accounts, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to customer inquiries and building new followers
- Maintain and update the events website, including creating and editing content, and ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-dateCompiling data to assist in analysing campaign performance
- Support delegate team in matchmaking and VIP campaigns
- Monitoring event marketing inboxes and ensuring timely response
- Ensure that event listings on partner websites and completed are maintained year round
- Liaise with event and media partners to ensure that all deliverables are actioned on-time
- Attend events to assist with on-site promotion and marketing efforts
- Stay informed of industry trends and developments to ensure that the company’s marketing efforts are current and effective.
Job Requirements
- Tertiary degree in marketing/business or equivalent experience
- 2 – 3 years’ experience in a relevant marketing role
- Interest in the built environment industry
- Impeccable time management and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
