Job Responsibilities
- Your role will start within our Brisbane CBD office, where you will be trained by our experienced team, who will teach you everything you need to know! You will be up-skilled in multiple systems, communication techniques and other learning materials to conduct your role confidently.
- From there, you will answer inbound calls where you will handle customer enquiries, represent, promote and sell a wide range of Telstra products and services.
- A starting base salary of $48,000 plus Super and a Monthly Incentive Structure
- Our customers need us around the clock, so this role works on a roster across Monday – Friday between 7am – 7pm (shifts are 7.6 hours)
- Work a hybrid model (mix of WFH and in office) and/or a 9-day fortnight after 3 months in the role – the choice is yours!
- This is a Full-Time position
- We have opportunities to start with us in February and March!
