You will be in charge of looking through, analysing, and assessing business systems and user needs in your capacity as a business analyst. Along with writing business cases and requirements documents, you'll fully outline the change's scope and collaborate with architects to provide solutions.
Job Responsibilities
- As the Business Analyst You will be responsible for reviewing, analysing and evaluating business systems and user needs and will assist in writing business cases, document requirements, define the full change scope in detail and assist architecture in formulating solutions.
- This role is being offered on an 8 month fixed term contract, working 76 hours per fortnight from the Perth Kings Square office.
Job Requirements
- A willingness and capacity to embrace the Mission and Values of St John of God Health Care.
- Relevant Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum three (3) years’ experience in a BA role.
- Results orientated, with the ability to provide consultancy level BA services within the organisation and lead change initiatives.
- Knowledge and experience in the use of techniques and tools for business analysis.
- A customer-centric approach with the ability to bring about business improvements whilst engaging, influencing and negotiating with stakeholders from all levels within the organisation.
- High-level written and verbal communication skills and the ability to engage and negotiate with stakeholders from all levels within the organization.
- Demonstrated high-level problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to priorities tasks and workload using time management skills.
- Ability to work within a team and contribute to a productive team environment.
